THE VILLA

There are not many houses with such a beautiful view as Bergerie l'Adret. It was the decisive reason to buy this house. Our love for Provence started when, for many years, we rented a mobile home again and again at the Domaine de la Bergerie in Roquebrune-sur-Argens. When we bought a house, there could no longer be a discussion about the name: "Bergerie" had to come back without a doubt, and because our house in no way resembles a sheepfold, we have, with a wink, some content in it. trying to give this name by having sheep (not living!) present in all kinds of places in the house!  The word "l'Adret"  derives from the name given to the house by the previous owners: Villa l'Adret. Adret means: the sunny side/slope of a mountain or hill. This choice of name is completely justified: the garden is open and wide, with a formidable view of Seillans, and oriented to the south/southwest.

The house has 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds, 2 bathrooms (both bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink, 1 bathroom also bath), spacious hall, since 2017 a new_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_kitchen with an American fridge-freezer with ice cubes and cold water machine, dishwasher, large oven, combi microwave, coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, juicer,_cc781905--5cde- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, and a spacious living room with dining area (large table with 8 chairs) and sitting area (TV with extensive choice of channels in HDMI quality, DVD player, extensive DVD collection, a large amount of Dutch and English books, CD player, docking station/speaker for iPod).  A charging point for an electric car is available on site. For the little ones: there is a folding baby bed, a high chair and a playpen. Of course there is WiFi with internet available. Finally, a washing machine and a dryer are also available.

Outside: the swimming pool is 10 x 5 meters, can be heated (pleasant in the pre and post season!) and is equipped with an alarm. There are plenty of teak (reclining) chairs and beds and a large table. Various parasols  and the garden vegetation provide sufficient shade.  There is a ping-pong table, there are bats and balls. In the garden there is another studio, which is used for storage of private items. There is a charcoal barbecue built into the outside wall of the house, but there is also a large Weber gas barbecue.
